This Privacy Policy applies to the information we collect about you in the course of our business, including through Glohh websites and products, marketing activities, and any other online or offline offerings operated by or on behalf of Glohh. We refer to these products, services, and offerings collectively as the “Services”.

Information we collect
The information we collect about you depends on the Services you use, how you use them and the information you provide to us.
We collect information in three main ways: (a) Information you choose to provide to us; (b) Information we collect automatically through technology when you use the Services; and (c) Information we collect from other sources.
Information you choose to provide to us
When you use our Services, you may choose to provide certain information to us. For example, we collect information directly from you when you place an order and purchase from us, create or use a Glohh account, register your product, post comments, photos, or videos to the Services, participate in Glohh surveys or research or communicate and interact with us.

Transactional information, such as purchase and transaction history.

Information we collect automatically through technology when you use the Services
When you use our Services, we may automatically collect certain information. If you have placed items in your shopping cart but have not checked out these items, we may send you abandoned cart e-mails informing you that the
items are still for purchase.
Why and how we use your personal data:
We handle the data about the items placed in your cart to informing you that the items are still for purchase and your email address. In addition, please check our Cookie policy if you have given consent to cookies.
This processing is processed based on our legitimate interest as a business.
Information we collect from other sources
We may receive information about you from other sources, such as business partners, marketers, researchers, analysts, social network services and other parties to help us supplement our records.
Public forums
Certain features of our Services make it possible for you to share comments, photos or other content publicly with other users, such as a social networking site. Any information that you submit through these features is not confidential and Glohh may use it for any purpose (including in testimonials or other marketing materials). For example, if you submit a product review on a sites, we may display your review (along with the name you provide, if any) on the Glohh websites and social networks or on third-party websites. De-identified data
We may de-identify information we collect so the information cannot reasonably identify you or your product, we may collect information that is already in de-identified form. Our use and disclosure of de-identified information is not subject to any restrictions under this Privacy Policy and we may use and disclose it to others for any purpose, without limitation.

Online analytics
We may use third-party analytics services on our Services (e.g. Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics). Glohh strives to provide you with relevant, value-added content in our online advertisements. We do not serve third-party advertisements to you while using our Services. However, we do work with online analytics and advertising partners to deliver Glohh advertisements on third-party websites and to better tailor our own ads and communications on our Services.
Our partners may also place cookies, pixel tags and similar technologies on many online services, including ours. They use these technologies to collect information about your activities on these services in order to deliver you more relevant advertising. For example, they may use the information they collect from their cookies on our Services to identify Glohh products you might be interested in so they can show you relevant Glohh advertisements while you are using our Services and other services. Additionally, we sometimes provide basic information we collect (such as email addresses) to service providers, who may “match” this information in de-identified form to cookies, mobile ad identifiers and other proprietary IDs, in order to provide you with more relevant ads when you visit other online services.

To recognise users across Glohh Services, personal devices and browsers. Sometimes, we or our service providers may use the information we collect (e.g. username, IP address and unique device identifiers) to try to identify the same unique user across multiple Glohh Services, personal devices (such as smartphones, tablets) and browsers (such as Safari and Chrome), to provide you with a more seamless and personalised experience across these different Services, devices and browsers.
Other purposes for which we seek your consent. We may also use your information for a specific purpose that we communicate to you. We will ask for your consent to process your information for such purpose in accordance with applicable legal requirements.

Protection of Glohh and others

Use by children
Glohh does not target and is not intended to attract children. Accordingly, our online services, including personal accounts on websites that collect any personal data are not directed at and should not be accessed by individuals under the age of sixteen (16), and we request that such individuals do not provide any personal data to Glohh. Minors must obtain express consent from parents or legal guardians prior to accessing or providing any personal data. If notified by a parent or guardian or discovered by other means, that a child under the age of sixteen has provided his or her personal data to Glohh, we will cancel the child’s account, if any, and delete the child’s personal data in our possession.
Business transfers
As we continue to develop our business, we may buy, merge with or partner with other companies. In such transactions, including in contemplation of such transactions, your information may be among the transferred assets. If a portion or all of Glohh’s assets are sold or transferred to a third party, we may share or transfer your information as part of the transaction.
Security and retention of your information

We are committed to protecting your information. However, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable. As such, we cannot guarantee the security of your information.

Retention of your information

We will delete or de-identify information when it is no longer needed to fulfil these purposes, unless a longer retention period is required to comply with applicable laws. There may be technical or other operational reasons where we are unable to fully delete or de-identify your information. Update or close your Glohh account. You can update your account sign-in details and profile information by logging in to your Glohh account. Please note, if you choose to delete your account, you will not be able to access any Services where you sign in with that account.
Adjust your marketing and communication preferences:
Opt out of marketing from Glohh by following the instructions located at the bottom of our email marketing messages and adjusting your marketing communication preferences. Please note, opting out or unsubscribing will not prevent you from receiving communications about your orders, or other important notices, such as changes to our terms and policies, which are not marketing content in nature.

Notice concerning Do Not Track
Do Not Track (“DNT”) is a privacy preference that users can set in certain web browsers. We are committed to providing you with meaningful choices about the information collected on our websites for third-party purposes and that is why we provide the variety of opt-out mechanisms listed above and in our Cookies.
California “Shine the Light” disclosure
The California “Shine the Light” law gives residents of California the right under certain circumstances to opt out of the sharing of certain categories of personal information (as defined in the Shine the Light law) with third parties for their direct marketing purposes or in the alternative, that we provide a cost-free means for consumers to opt out of any such sharing. We do not currently share your personal information with third parties for their own direct marketing purposes.
Information for Nevada residents
Under Nevada law, certain Nevada consumers may opt out of the sale of “personally identifiable information” for “monetary consideration” (as such terms are defined under Nevada law) to a person for that person to license or sell such information to others. We do not engage in such activity.

We operate globally and may transfer, store and/or process your information to or with other entities within the Glohh family of companies or other third parties such as trusted service providers and partners in locations around the world (including the United States) for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.
