How easy is installation?
The GL-5 taillights are plug-and-play units specifically designed for the Range Rover Sport L494, electrical modification of any kind is not required.
Although installation is simple, we always recommend a professional install from any mechanic / auto body shop professional.
How are the GL-5 Static, GL-5i and GL-5x different?
There are three versions of the GL-5 taillight available, the GL-5 Static and GL-5i feature a deep red lens while the GL-5x features a tinted (darkened) lens offering a sleeker and more powerful distribution of light.
Additionally, the GL-5i and GL-5x feature a Dynamic Start-Up Display, Flowing Turn Signal and customisable Aero-Fin. Whereas the GL-5 static does not include these features.
What is the difference between AF and AF-Sport?
AF and AF-Sport are two unique interchangeable aerodynamic accessories available for the GL-5i and GL-5x rear lights. AF-Sport offers a sportier appearance through the introduction of three aerodynamically tuned strakes, while AF provides a more traditional aesthetic. AF-Sport is not an available option for the GL-5 Static.
Difference between High-Gloss Black & Platinum Satin?
High-Gloss Black and Platinum Satin are the two colour options available for the AF and AF Sport. These options are exclusive to the GL-5i and GL-5x taillights.
How do I replace my existing Aero-Fin?
Upon delivery of your new Aero-Fin, removal and installation instructions will be provided. This process requires care and attention, a professional installation is recommended.
What is the Dynamic Start-up Display?
The Dynamic Start-Up Display (DSD) is a welcome display of light activated when unlocking the vehicle via the remote key fob. You can view the welcome light gesture via the GL-5i and GL-5x taillight product pages.
Will the tail lights pass a technical inspection?
All Glohh taillights conform to international standards ECE (Economic Commission for Europe) and the US DOT (United States Department of Transportation) requirements, these standards are compulsory by law in Europe and the USA and are recognised in most regions.
The conformity markings can be found embossed on the rear inner mounting side of the housing of the GL-5 taillight.

Which vehicle is the GL-2 rear light compatible with?
The GL-2 is designed for the Land Rover Defender (1983-2016), this includes all models and variants. Additionally, the GL-2 will be universally compatible with any vehicle able to install the standard Defender light.
How easy is installation?
Due to a range of model variants with different connections a professional installation is recommended.

How do I order online?
To purchase a Glohh product, please visit the page of the product you are interested in, once on the site click the blue BUY button in the top right corner and follow the simple buying procedure.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Once your payment has been made, a confirmation page will appear with your order number, indicating that your order has been received and you will receive two emails:
Order Acknowledgement email - This email will be delivered instantly after purchasing to confirm that your order was placed successfully and will include a summary of your order information.
Shipment notification email - You will receive this email once your order has been processed and ships from our warehouse. This email will include the carrier's name, tracking number. You can click the tracking number link to track your package on the carrier's website.
What if I have no confirmation email within 48hrs?
Occasionally the confirmation email may end up in your spam folder. Please check your spam folder if you have not received a confirmation email.
There is a possibility that your order attempt was not successful. For further assistance with checking the status of your order, please contact us at support@glohh.com.
When will my order be processed?
All orders will leave our warehouse within 24hours* during business days (Monday through Friday, excluding UK holidays). Any orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or during a United Kingdom bank holiday will be shipped the following week. A shipment notification email including your tracking number will be sent updating you that your order is dispatched and is available for tracking.
*To ensure your order is processed as fast as possible, some regions may require additional information for example:.
- South Korea: 13 digit Personal Customs Clearance Code (PCCC), example P123456789012 or 10 Digit VAT number.
- India: Consignee's KYC Documents such as: Passport, Voter ID, Driving Licence, Permanent Account Number (PAN) and Authorisation Letter (POA).
- Thailand: Require original passport/ID
- Turkey: TR ID Number

Do you deliver to my country?
Glohh ships worldwide* with the exception of carrier restricted countries (contact Glohh for more information), using the best carriers to make sure your order gets to you on time. The choice of carrier is determined by the destination address and the size of your order. We select the most efficient shipping carrier for your order to keep shipping cost low.
All International orders are shipped via DHL. We do not offer shipping to P.O. Boxes at this time.

How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, we'll email a tracking number via a "Shipment Notification Email" so you can track your order. Simply use the provided tracking number on the carriers' website. Tracking numbers are provided to Glohh by the carriers, and Glohh cannot be responsible for errors on part of our carriers resulting in delays, or for the content on their websites.
Please Note: It can take up to 24hrs before tracking information is updated on the shipping carriers' website.
Can I change my order?
Our goal is to offer the fastest possible service by processing orders within 24 business hours. We will try our best to accommodate your order cancellation or adjustment request if your order has not already been processed. However, orders that have already been processed may not be cancelled or modified; you may return your item subject to the Glohh Online Return Policy.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order any time before your order is dispatched. Once your order is dispatched, you will need to return your item to us after receipt. All return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Every order is prepared with the utmost care and presented in an official Glohh box with careful packaging to avoid transit damage.
Returns & Exchanges
What is the Glohh Returns policy?
All purchases from Glohh are entitled to a 14 day money back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return it to us in the original form and we will gladly issue a refund or process an exchange within 14 days of your delivery date.
While in your possession, you must take reasonable care of the product. Return merchandise will only be accepted if the item is in new, unused and re-sellable condition with the original packaging. Shipping charges on returned merchandise are at the customers expense.
We understand, however, that sometimes a product may become faulty. In that unlikely event, we can replace or refund the merchandise within 14 days from delivery date. For products that become faulty after the 14 days guarantee we offer a 1 year limited warranty. Please refer to the warranty section for further information.
How do I return a product?
To make a return, please contact us by email at support@glohh.com and notify us of the reason of your return. Please include your full name and order number as reference. Upon receipt of your email, we will send you a Returns Authorisation email including a Returns Form.
Shipping charges on returned merchandise are at the customer's expense. Note that additional duties and/or taxes will not be refunded. Neither will shipping costs.
When will I receive my refund?
All items returned to Glohh will undertake a mandatory Quality Control, after which you will get notified if your return is granted. Depending on your original mode of payment, it may take up to 14 days before the refund is credited to your bank account/credit card/Paypal account.
Will I receive a full refund?
While in your possession, you must take reasonable care of the product. Return merchandise will only be accepted if the item is in new, unused and re-sellable condition with the original packaging, all returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, however, this amount may change depending on the quality of the returned item.
I have recieved a faulty item.
If your item arrives damaged, it's important you let us know within 24hrs of delivery, please provide the following information via email to support@glohh.com:
- Your 9-10 digit Glohh order number (Provided via a confirmation email upon your purchase) or receipt of purchase from a third-party vendor.
- A short video clearly demonstrating the issue you are experiencing.
- Your unique 11 digit serial number located on the base of each taillight.
Warranty
What is the warranty on my purchase?
Glohh warrants the merchandise to the original owner for one year, from the date of original retail purchase. The Warranty covers any and all part of the merchandise that may need repair against defects in materials and workmanship under normal consumer use. Glohh obligations hereunder are limited to repair or replacement at its option. This limited warranty applies only to hardware components of the merchandise that are not subject to accident, misuse, neglect, fire or other eternal causes, alterations, repair or commercial use and any recovery may not exceed the amount paid for the merchandise. Any claim made under the limited warranty will involve you returning the defective merchandise to us at your own expense by following the returns procedure. Please include a copy of the proof of purchase. All warranty related shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Glohh reserves the right to determine whether the terms of warranty, set out have been properly followed.
