Remote Digital Marketing Role

Position Details:

Are you a creative thinker with a data-driven approach to marketing? We're looking for a Remote Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team and support multi-channel campaigns across PPC, email, social media, and SEO.

Key Responsibilities:

  • PPC Campaign Reporting:
    • Logging data from Facebook Ads and Google Ads to streamline campaign adjustments.
    • Log performance data from Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads, to help identify trends and actionable insights to streamline campaign optimisation and improve ROAS.
  • Email Marketing:
    • Research, draft, and execute seasonal and event-driven email campaigns using platforms such as Mailchimp, Campaign Monitor or  MailerLite to enhance customer engagement, brand awareness, and conversion rates using segmentation and A/B testing strategies for several worldwide audiences.
  • Social Media Marketing (SMM)
    • Manage Instagram accounts with large, active audiences, creating and scheduling high-impact content, including reels, carousel posts, and short-form videos to drive engagement.
    • Respond to community interactions across platforms to foster brand relationships.
    • Assist with additional social platforms (e.g., Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, X, YouTube) to implement a multi-channel marketing strategy, ensuring consistent messaging and audience-specific content.
  • Influencer Marketing:
    • Identify, initiate, and nurture relationships with key industry influencers (both micro and macro) to enhance campaign reach to relevant audiences and generate user-generated content (UGC).
  • Website Updates:
    • Familiarity with website pages and ability to perform minor updates to websites using Shopify,  including localisation, on-page content refinements, and ensuring content aligns with brand guidelines.
  • SEO Optimisation:
    • Support the implementation of on-page SEO tactics, including keyword research, meta tag optimisation, and content enhancements to improve organic visibility and search engine rankings.
  • Campaign Support:
    • Assist senior members of staff with the execution of integrated marketing campaigns for new product launches, including content development and timeline management.
  • Market Research:
    • Conduct research to gather audience insights and stay updated on emerging trends (e.g., AI, Land Rover market, competitive analysis).
    • Provide weekly or monthly reports to inform SWOT analyses and marketing strategies.


Skills and Qualifications:

  • PPC Campaign Reporting:
    • Proficiency in managing campaigns through Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads, including familiarity with platform-specific interfaces and analytics.
    • Basic understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs) for paid advertising, such as CTR, ROAS, and CPC.
  • Email Marketing:
    • Familiarity with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp for crafting, automating, and optimising campaigns.
    • Creative writing skills for drafting engaging and brand-aligned email content.
    • Understanding of email marketing best practices, including list segmentation, personalisation strategies, and A/B testing.
  • Social Media Management:
    • Familiarity with several social media platforms and their management tools such as Meta Business Suite.
    • Experience creating high-quality content tailored to platform-specific trends,. including reels, carousel posts, and short-form videos using tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Premiere.
  • Influencer Marketing:
    • Strong communication and negotiation skills for building and maintaining partnerships with influencers.
    • Ability to assess influencers and align collaborations with campaign goals.
  • Website Maintenance:
    • Basic understanding of SEO principles to enhance web content and search engine rankings.

General Skills

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Time management skills to balance multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
    • Creative thinking to develop fresh content ideas.
    • Team collaboration skills for coordinating efforts across various marketing initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, (or equivalent experience).
  • Previous experience in a marketing assistant or similar role.
  • Understanding of the automotive industry or premium/luxury brands is preferred.

  3. Draft a short product description for the GL-2 taillight, focusing on customer benefits.
